They did from what I remember..I think the content for most games has been pretty cack, something to improve on for Xbox 2 I rekon.

I get the feeling though that they are taking so long as most of the dev team have started on Halo 3. There was a rumour on IGn the other day that Bungie planned on getting Halo 3 ready for the release day of PS3 to combat it.
