I made a thread about this, bothered me a bit, but for some reason it didn't affect me at all today, but it was far too hot.

I never get a scratchy throat, or sore eyes, normally just a slight runny nose. Still gets on my nerves tho', last night the left nostril was running, and this morning it was the other one!!!

Expensive. But i only really take about 10 a year, when i've got an exam or the hay-fever gets really bad.

And English, even though it sounds obvious, just wash your face. It almost instantly stops the itching.
