Last time I went in the Co-op which was last Thursday the service was terrible. All I wanted was £10 o2 Voucher because they didn't do e-top-up. So i went to the Kiosk and the girl was polite enough to look up from her magazine for a few minutes to tell me to go to Customer Services where I waited for 10 mintues with staff just walking past and looking at me not bothering to help.
So I went back to the girl who, once again, looked up from her magazine long enough to tell me to go across the road which was an inconvienience! She didn't even offer to call a supervisor!
Grrr!
