Yeah, but there are mismatch bouts all the time (big show vs pretty much everyone ;) )

he's been on tv more than that, but i see your point. i thought his gimmick was a little cheap to be honest, it was too easy to get cheap heat by using the "everyone in *name of city they're in* is a worthless sinner, etc" but he does have potential for a really cool "insane with the righteous path" kinda thing...
