First record i ever brought...........Working my way back to you babe - Detroit Spinners, about 1979. Then waited for 80's and then my collection took off with Adam and the Ants. Love that man as much now as I did then.

First vinyl album: Kings Of The Wild Frontier by Adam And The Ants.

First CD single: Drama! by Erasure.

First CD album: Violator by Depeche Mode.

Actually, thinking about it, I bouht 'Take That and Parety' when I was 5 and never listened to it.

I also bought a single by suggs, and a smurfs single.

Yes, I was an impressionable teen who bought it when EVERYONE else was buying it when they were new (Christmas 1996 I believe). Hell, I ain't listened to that CD for years, but it was my first.
