I'm glad Nintendo launched with just the one colour - everyone who saw a picture of the DS leading up to it's release saw the Silver/Black design, which appeals to a more adult audience. Looks like Nintendo learned from the launch of the good old purple Cube.

Anyways, Nintendo is releasing four new colours, each with the usual stupid names. [URL]http://www.cube-europe.com/news.php?nid=7489[/URL] for Candy Pink, Turquoise Blue, Graphite Black and Pure White.

Yes, well, this is better than the Cube (not sure aout the pink DS), but I cant help thinking I have seen these types of color references somewhere before. Maybe the DS will ship with the following "desktop" patterns instaalled....

Aqua Graphite
Aqua Blue
"Classic" Aqua Blue
Lines Graphite
Plum

The white or black ones are the variety of champions.

The blue and pink ones just look stupid. I expect they're supposed to be for boys or girls or something rubbish.
