what's the posh word for :

"I'm a stupid moron with an elephants butt, and my butt smells, and I like to kiss my own butt" ?

Perhaps someone thought saying "I stick a sausage up my bum" at a dinner party would be rude, hence the posh name. Just a thought.

Question - why does sticking a sausage up your bum require its own word? Surely it's just sticking a sausage up your bum, there's never going to be an occasion you'll need a posh term to refer to it.
