I'm considering buying an I Pod from Ebay and every time I think I have a good deal, I find out, I would be bidding for 'a link to buy an I Pod for £20'.

Does anyone else find they have this problem?

If I was you, I'd purchase an MP3 player that has the option for external memory storage (i.e 128MB Smart media cards). A lot cheaper, and it means you don't have, like, 15 GB of wasted space.

What would you suggest?

I just want to buy something, apart from the essentials, I've hardly bought anything fancy since September last year, so I'm kind of looking to offload that money and wondering whether an I Pod is the way to go.

Not me exactly, but a few work colleagues have risked it all (well, £20) and were pleased with the results.

Have you actually done this thing where you buy a link, because I'm skeptical it would ever work?

Yeah, it's common. Having said that, they do work, they just take a little longer for you to get an iPod.
