I am currently running

Amd 2600
512 DDr pc2700
120gb HD
FX 5200
Motherboard ?

The system will just about run far cry on the lowest settings and evan then is a bit jumpy.I have around £200 to spend on an upgrade and would like you to recomend which things i should get and where to get them from.

Basically a new graphics card would be enough... and check what soundcard you have.

its an onboard sound but i think that is alright

Same as silent scope, graphics card will do the trick.

As for sound, onboard will do fine.

You can get a radeon 9800 pro and still have £50 change from that budget.

which graphics card would you recommend for the money and you dont reackon it would be worth doubling the ram

and if i were to get this card as i have seen a good price on overclockers how easy would it be to change this would it just be slotting a new one in where the old one and it would work?

Unless of course your FX5200 is a PCI card.
