Most recent album I aquired was 'Bandolier' by Budgie. 34 minutes of 70s Welsh heavy metal with completely twisted though humourous lyrics. Nevertheless, a damn good album; If you like Led Zeppelin, you will enjoy the slightly heavier Budgie.
It is legal, as much as Kazaa is legal, that is.
