That's just me quoting, but I do think it was the start of the series where Rachel and Ross got married in Las Vegas. So a lot of people wanted to watch that (or the reactions of it when they were sober). I dont think many people were interested in Monica and Chandlers wedding.

I suppose that's not a bad rating I'm guessing they were hoping for more than that. I'm guessing the peak was near the beginning.
