I don't like Bischoff. It has nothing to do with his on-screen character, but I don't consider him anywhere near a genius. Sure he gambled big and won by giving the fanms what they wanted, all the old WWE big name talent that Vince knew was past it, and it did work, for a while.

If Eric was a genius though, he would have seen that the fans grew bored of this stale talent and that the time was right for him to push his fresh upper and mid-card talent in 1999. People like Perry Saturn, Benout, Rave, The Sandman, Guerrero, Malenko, Douglas and Mysterio, could have taken the promotion forwards and enhanced their longevity if they'd been given something more meanigful to do than the constant jobbing to the old guard...

As for the comment made about Vince using Bischoff, it's clearly the other way around. Wasn't that obvious?
Anyway, expect Bischoff to jump ship to a creative role to TNA or else Turner's rumoured federation. Ric Flair hit it on the nose(for once) when he said Bischoff would take Vince on again given half the chance. And who wouldn't?
Picture this: Ted Turner starts a new Wrestling Promotion, appoints Bischoff President(his on screen role in WWE has kept him as a well known face for all the fickle kids out there). Bischoff then signs Hogan, Goldberg, Sting, Hall and Nash(among others)
In case any of you are doubting this, you see, there was some sort of legal cluse which prevented Turner from opening another wrestling promotion within a fixed amount of time.(3/4/5 years?)
Anyway, it's something to think about rather than "Oooh, I really hate Bradshaw.(because he's not a face)"

heh in Ireland's Tour of Defience when it was Bischoff's birthday Stacy Keibler and him were out and she had a cake which she put in Bischoff's face . . . Shame on Uncle Eric.
