How to apply for a student loan?

Ah... the Illuminati, beloved of conspiracy theorists and oft linked to other old chestnuts as the Rosicrucians (forgive spelling if wrong), Templars, Masons et al.
But they did exist and in fact they were the stuff of conspiracy theorists

Starting in Paris in the early 18th Century they were a group of the great and the good heavily influenced (and financed??) by the Catholic Church (another old conspiracy heorist chestnut) and did try to influence firstly the French and then other European (mostly the Catholic southern European
nations - Italian states etc).
Unfortunately despite conspiracy theorists desires they died out...
But then maybe in the shadows thet are still there planning and plotting
and of course if we knew about them it'd be a pretty rubbish secret conspiracy!
However, that simple point of logic is unable to occur to the type of person who will believe in such a theory; the type of person who desperately wants to believe themselves special, and so knowledge of such a secret would make them special. Right Forest?

Back on topic, if you want to apply for a student loan you need to get the relevant forms from your LEA (Local Education Authority). If you're going to Uni, you should probably already know who yours is. I think the forms you need are called the PN1 and the PN2.
I know this because I am also currently trying to scrounge off the state.
