Well, they are scum; who else would mindlessly kill people for no real reason except to be honoured by fellow terrorists, kill prisoners, use torture, try to bring the world into war, pose a threat to world security and terrorise the innocent? It makes sense to call them scum. If you publicse the fact that they are scum, then the message gets accross.

BTW, there are several spellings, it's an Arabic translation; they have a competely different alphabet and language.

And what about al qUadia = scum. i mean, al Qaieda = scum......
