I’ve been talked into doing a run type thing with some people at work. It’s for charity and everything. Sponsor me!

I can run between 1 and 12 miles depending on how much I feel like doing on the day. I have to work a 11-hour+ night shift after, so be generous.

If it's a rubbish charity then you can bagger off.

I tend to give to old people, cancer and poor children.

I don't usually give to abroad charities like "Save the spaniards foundation" or animal ones, as I think people are more important.
