I downloaded a program to let me scan for Ad and Spyware but it wanted to charge me a fortune to delete it all for me. I really need it because my computer is freezing and crashing about 4 times a day due to it. I just don't have the money though. Apparently I have 853 files of it and I need it all deleted, do any of you know of anyway to do it? It'd be really helpful, thanks :D

Open it, then click the update button in the top right to get the latest list of spyware etc.
Done.

ad-aware 6.0
its free and it scans for spyware and quaniteens it then you have to delete it. easy!
