"DOES ANYONE REALLY CARE ABOUT DVD EXTRAS?"

sometimes extras on 2 disc dvds are great but sometimes they really suck ass. For example the extras in the texas chainsaw massacre and finding nemo were cool but some are just plain bad. Like those found in spiderman or american pie the wedding.Dire!
Does anyone even bother looking at extras? I only look at alternate endings and stuff. They're decent...sometimes

I prefer the outakes and deleted scenes and enjoy watching the making documentries.

The only thing I'll watch usually is deleted scenes and commentaries, if they're interesting. The Lord of the Rings Peter Jackson & co. ones are great if you have the extended editions. Donnie Darko extras are good as well, especially the commentary.

I like the extras on some DVDs. It just depends on what I think of the film/show I'm watching.

I normally don't bother watching the extras, but if they are on a DVD that I really like then I'll certainly watch them at least once, especially if it's music videos or interviews with the cast and crew.
