Bout £28 for both. Animal crossing will sell easier than Mario Kart: Double Dash because basically it is better!!!

1. Now that you've bought it, it's second hand and the price drops when selling/ buying a second hand game.
2. You are selling it, not buying it. Shops buy stuff off people for a fraction of what they sell it for. So if you sold them Animal Crossing for 20 quid, yes they probably would sell it for around 30 quid. But I think it would be more like you selling it for 10 quid, then them selling it for 20 quid.
3. Game prices go down very quickly.
I think that 10 quid for Mario Kart: DD is a very good deal. It is quite old now. (In new terms)
