Been cycling a lot. Can go up previous mountains without any trouble. Except for heavy wheezing.
But it's nice.
(I bet things might be 'a little' different if I'd actually passed my driving test mind...) ;)
I can cycle long distances, and because of my never-ending stamina, I can just keep on going, but, for some reason, I seem to go faster going uphill rather than down...?
Maybe it's because I only have 6 gears, and my dad did it all in his "proffesional" way so that only FOUR of them work properly? Maybe it's because I really go-for-it when it gets tough, and just seem to coast and take the time to relax a little when going down? Who knows...
It's better for you, I reckon, anyway. :)
I'm still pretty unfit though. I've got this inherited backside I am simply NEVER gonna be able to lose, and, while my "mini gut" can be gone for one hour, it'll soon reappear for the rest of the day...
Apart from that, I'm pretty skinny really. A skinny, sweaty man, infact... Iiii-i-in a green-suit. Yeah!
100 press-ups and 100 sit-ups always used to do me good each day though...
:)
