Ok, sod the Atkins, I want a diet that gets you FAT.

Seriously. I hate eating, but I really need to put weight on. Also a problem being that I'm really er.. skint. So "eat at McDonalds four times a day" isn't a great idea, and I don't want skin like a fish either.

Didn't Robert De Nero drink pints and pints of ice cream for Raging Bull? Maybe I could do that.

(Bare in mind, I don't really want to be -fat-, just put weight on)

He is sort of correct though. If you're exercising the protein of foods such as chicken eggs and milk help the muscles to recover, whereas the carbs of the pasta and such provide a slow burning fuel.

How exactly does that work? Being as I'm currently eating lots of the above in an effort to lose weight.

Hmm, the potatoes and pasta are both complex carbohydrates whereas the chicken is a high protein food.
