OF course as humans we need sleep to rest and charge the old batteries!
I hate it though....at the moment I am suffering from mild Insomnia and I hate the though of having to go to sleep because I need to.......I believe we should be allowed to decide when we want to rest not our stupid body clocks! I can lie in bed all night doing nothing when I could be doing important tasks that I would do during the day then sleep during the day when I am tired but the world works that it shuts down betweeen the hous of 11-7!
