I sometimes wonder about myself in this respect, in that some days I feel utterly out-of-sync with who I am - for example, I find myself unable to speak, unable to think, unable to spell, unable to do anything without seriously messing up, I feel physically ill, but I guess this is just the normal 'having a bad day' thingymajig.

The easy solution would be to sell them or just flick them off.
