I would love to see him come to Liverpool. He's probably one of the most loyal and determined players in the league.
Where do you think he will go?
I see him going to Middlesbrough or Villa or something.

He didn't start the season there though did he?

Alan Smith, in my opinion; doesn't have one or at least, is not an England starter.

I'm suprised. Where, in that post did I say something bad about Spurs? Because you're crying about something.

John Stead isn't a Division 3 player.
Nor was Defoe in Division 1.
And what international career?
Bleurgh...

So loyal that he's leaving them, and not helping them get back to the top flight. And he says he wants to go back to them when they get promoted again.... The cheek.
Then again, he does need premiership football....

I agree completely, although Curbishley is shrewd, so I wouldn't expect any immediate movement, or for him to be throwing too much cash around.
> Spurs, we are getting Smith, Robinson and Milner as a job lot.
"Buy Smith and get Milner half price! Only in Yorkshire! (Stock Limited)"
I think he will probably go the way of Birmingham for a shade under £10 mil.
> I think Smith can do better than Charlton and Spurs.
What you implying?
*sharpens knives*
Henry could do better than Arsenal...
He'd still go to Charlton though. European chasing team, established manager, candyfloss machine and everything else.
