I heard that there's going to be a block of flats built specifically for Asians. Now, I'm not at all racist, but this is pathetic.

If it was the other way round - a block of flats built only and specifically for white people - then there would be uproar from ethnic minorities. What are your views on this?

That is a disgrace. It's an utterly ridiculous idea. As you said, if it were vice versa there would be an uproar.

Hmm, that does seem a bit silly.

I doubt i would want to live in such a place, the occupants may as well have a stained glass window in their house that says "we are asian", it will surely become a target for racists.

True. Don't quote me on this, as I'm not 100% sure - but I think that the "only for Asians" thing is literal. As in, no whites are allowed to live there. So then the apartheid thing is even more effective.

In some areas of the UK, white is the ethnic minority.

I think race-specific housing is only going to cause more troubles, factions, etc, within this multicultural society.

After all, it's like a form of apartheid, and I'm sure people of all ethnic groups don't want to be a part of any of that.
