My garden is flooding due to the sheer quanitity of hail stones landing in it.
It's only been raining for about an hour but it's produced about 20cm of rain already.
The water flooded in through my back door when I opened it.
Water was streaming down the road like a river, and I couldn't even see the houses accross the street from me (about 15m away) because of the rain that was in the way.
And there is lightning and thunder.
It seems to have stopped now, but it was so sunny earlier today. I've heard ambulances going to pick people up who've been hit by the continuous hail stones, and police cars. Which are falling from the sky.
I live in South London.

it pished it down here earlier but no hail or anything - just rain.
Very bad here in Sunbury.
Doesn't help that there's been a massive pile-up on the M25 at Staines involving two lorries, and a 20-mile tailback.
