The US version of resi evil 4 comes with a free memory card, so what about the PAL version, does it come with a free memory card too ?

The only game to have ever come with a free memory card in Europe was Animal Crossing, so nope. But it only takes up 7 Blocks or so.
CUBE magazine is giving away a memory card if you buy at WHSmiths.
It's probably a store offer that everyone's doing.
