This would be interesting to find out IMO. How did the users of SR think of their names and Taglines? As for me...

I got my name 'cos I'm sad and watch too much Japanese animation :)

The name just flashed in my head (a miracle, as empty as it is). I've never thought of a tag. OUCH! Just thought of one. (Thinking hurts)

I had a lot of thought into choosing my name. Here is a brief explanation for the reason behind it:

First, the word *Icarus*

The I stands for Incredible, for all the incredible moments the world has seen trhough my enchanted, beautiful eyes. It's such a powerful word, and it does justice here. INCREDIBLE!!!! See?

The C stands for charming, or Cor Blimey; the sheer number of moments where I managed to entice and captivate (there's another possibility) has thrown me skywards into the upper echelons of the word....charming, or the higher tiers of "Cor BLimey"

A stands for astounding, amazing, awwwww (for those cute moments)... what more can I say.... it's all there for the taking.

R and U stands for RICH UNIFICATION : two very powerful words on their own, even more so when put together. The very essence I believe brings out the best, the oozing flow of the word....ooooh.

S stands for Swish - an excellent alternative to Flash MX, but also sounds cool, for those events in life where you can't think otherwise - swish and "Cor" are two great words displaying the very character of Icarus.

Later on I decided to add an S therfore making it Icaruss (because Icarus + s = Icaruss, fact fans) - was required to demonstrate the significance of the role, which was not aptly shown and therefore not immediately clear with Icarus. Therefore as a result, Icaruss was merged into Icarus like a nice, hot lava gluey thing oozing out from the precipice of an abandoned, wailing mountain.

I got my name from indecently exposing myself to minors.

My tagline is concerned with my relish for salty sprays.

We had this a liitle while ago, mine was from wanting something that represented me completely. As i'm a chivalrous, old fashioned, romantic, i wanted something that suited and had meaning. I was on the lookout for a name and while looking through my DVD collection i saw the name and it has stuck for over a year now, i'd never use anything else now.
The new tag was explained by lind earlier, she is my opposite.

Flock
The male, the Ying, the ancient symbol of male representing a benevolent man, who is able to provide for his family and help his friends.

Lind
The female the Yang, The strong one of the two symbols who is always forgiving and understanding.

Name- Er, dunno, I actually thought it up in the shower :S

Tagline- The guy in Forest Gump used to say it alot, in the scene where Gump returned from Vietnam and was forced onto stage in front of thousands of hippies in Washington D.C. Of course, I replaced a certain letter to get it through the filters...
