Im going to a party soon and there's gonna be this girl there who's quite nice etcetc you all know the rest. But ive got a spot, a huge one and it looks horrible. AAAAARRRRGGHHH. Its not like i can do anything about it now but i just thought i would share my pain.

The milk may contain vitamin D, the milk may also contain calcium.

Does calcium contain vitamin D? No.
Does vitamin D contain calcium? No.

Really? Huh. I just checked the side of my Semi-skimmed milk and under Vitamins it says Calcium so I pressume you're right and Calcium does have Vit D. Well I am chugging it anyway *drowns in own milky vommit*.

You idiot.

I have done some research, and found that vitamin D helps the kidney function.
(The kidney filters impurities in the blood) so that could explian how it helps with spots.

Milk is fortified with vitamin D.
Although dairy product such as cheese does not contain much at all.

So, drinking milk can give you vitamin D.

Drink milk my friend. Drink Milk.
