Was reading a story the other day about a kid who got hurt when him and his friends were imitating the show Jackass by performing dangerous stunts. Well the stupid muppet got himself burned and scarred for life after he was jumping over burning barrels as his mates poured petrol on them and they exploded (wow who'd have thought that would have happened eh?)

Now at this point in the article i was laughing at the sheer stupidity of this moron however the next bit was what annoyed me, a supposed quote from his mother saying that 'the tv show, Jackass should be banned, they're too blame for this happening to my boy'

Now sorry but that is a load of rubbish. The question that should be getting asked here is where were his bloody parents when he decided jumping over burning barrels would be fun not to mention the fact why haven't they taught him that petrol added to flames isn't going to result in a happy time especially when you're jumping over it at the time.

However the sad reality is this sort of thing is now common place in society, everyone wants someone else to blame for their own stupidity and no one is prepared to take responsibility for their own or their childrens actions. I mean how many times have we seen the old headline *Videogames made my Little Timmy go on a killing spree* forget the fact the parents can't be bothered to raise the kid themselves so put him infront of the tv with a joypad in his hands all day, forget the fact they're buying games for Little Timmy that he shouldn't be playing but just to have a quiet life they buy him the latest Grand Theft Auto so it means they don't have to bother about him when he gets back in from school. Obviously when he grows up a socially inept loner it's all because of those evil videogames.

I just want to know exactly when did this happen? Why are we suddenly slap bang in the middle of the 'blame culture' Is it because we're all after an easy buck or are we really just too cowardly to accept the blame ourselves and realise when something is our fault?

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Brilliant service.
Love it, love it, love it!
