Just found this on the internet and it is a truly compelling read. I reccomend you turn any music off, then just read and look at the pictures. It's about a biker who likes to travel into the "ghost town" of Chernobyl which was unfortuanate enough to have been close to the worst nucleur accident in history.
I am curious about these type of things and I found this read a brilliant insight into the disaster that struck the totalitarian country. Seeing the final 6 or 7 pictures was truly hard hitting, so many people died thanks to an accident created by ourselfs.
It makes you think, All this terrorism in the world maybe bad, heart-breaking and scary, but is the goverment that runs the place just terrorists themselves?

from what I know of cherynobyl, the wall originally built around the destroyed reactor is gradually failing, leading to it eventually breaching, and another major nuclear incident occuring. this will have effects worldwide.
as the half-life of such radioactive material can be thousands of years, we have to find a much more permanent solution to this problem.
