Just found this on the internet and it is a truly compelling read. I reccomend you turn any music off, then just read and look at the pictures. It's about a biker who likes to travel into the "ghost town" of Chernobyl which was unfortuanate enough to have been close to the worst nucleur accident in history.

I am curious about these type of things and I found this read a brilliant insight into the disaster that struck the totalitarian country. Seeing the final 6 or 7 pictures was truly hard hitting, so many people died thanks to an accident created by ourselfs.

It makes you think, All this terrorism in the world maybe bad, heart-breaking and scary, but is the goverment that runs the place just terrorists themselves?

An interesting read, particularly what she said about the shining atomic cloud. Perhaps it is fated that the most devastating efects are also the ones we find most beautiful.

I'd love to find out about the genetic diversity of the animals though.

Thanks for this site, was very interesting. I would love to go there and have a look around and have a taste of what it would be like to live in Communist USSR.

Those images were scary.

A horrific reminder of such a terrible event.

If it released a second Chernobyl, the effects would be far less disasterous.

Because nobody is there anyway, and the fallout across Europe, as far as I know, was not that disasterous, despite being very serious.

Interesting read/look.

Edit: Hehe, just read about the Bison - 'but he was last seen in Belorussia, heading west.'

And was thinking - if the wall did go, I guess the radiation would just continually spill out....that would be nasty. Beggar.
