This guy is walking down the street and he can hear chanting in the distance. As he walks along it slowly gets louder and louder until he comes to a long wooden fence. Behind the fence he can hear a group of people chanting "Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen!" but he can't see over or through it. Suddenly he spots a hole where a knot has been knocked out of the wood. He puts his eye up to the hole to peep through when someone sticks their finger through and pokes him in the eye. The crowd chants "Fourteen! Fourteen! Fourteen! Fourteen!'

Tis a great joke. Although i originally heard it as they started off chanting "Eleven, eleven, eleven" then the next day "Twelve, Twelve, Twelve" then the next day "Thirteen, Thirteen, thirteen" That's when he puts his eye into the hole. Tell it right man!
I saw that and I'd heard the joke before.
It's not really a joke, but a sketch from a pilot show done a while back.
