1) On the end credits of Metal Gear Solid 2, the words "METAL GEAR Ghost Babel" are among the credits.

2) On the Plant scetion of MGS2 there is said to be a shaver, but I can't find it anywhere.

Ghost Babel is a game boy game.
1- For the metal gear ghost babel, go to shell 1 core, go to the node, in the area where there is a parakete that says "Hal..Hal.." and then use 1st person view, you'll see game posters including Metal Gear Ghost Babel.
2-Start a new game (1st time, don't continue with the special items or the dog tags, a 1st time new game) and then in the 1st part of the shell chapter, there is a pool and a fence around it, there are 2 horizontal sides of the fence, you can jump between them, but don't jump, flatten your back onto the right fence and press triangle to go in hanging mode, while in hanging mode go to the left and you'll find a secret area where you'll find a shaver. If this doesn't work try do it on the hard or extreme difficulty.
