I noticed today that KilL Bill Volume 1 DVD was on my doorstep. God, I'm chuffed. Two days before release date. Excellent.

But the poncy one taught me so much about the value of inner beauty. And chucking Gaston off a hefty tower. Two valuable life lessons.

Royal Mail cracked my Revolutions case, so Play sent out a new case, but the fools stupidly sent out a case that can only hold one disc. Grrr.

Which Beast? The blue one that swings from tree-like devices or the poncy one that likes pretty flowers and Belle?

That is strange, but unlikely to be the fault of play.com. As mentioned below it is more likely to be the postal service. If it is missing for a two week period though, play.com send out another one, since they are used to it happening.

I had to wait over a week for my Matrix Revolutions, but I think that's the fault of Royal Mail - when it finally arrived the package looked pretty beat up. Play themselves are fine, it's the monkeys who have to deliver it that mess up.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
