You can do this with the X-Box.
Because obviously no-one on here already has a PC to use for that exact same purpose.

well first you gonna have to tell me how to do and where the download is and how that affects your ps2 i dont know well what im saying is that i don't think people will not know what the hell you are talking about.

i'm intrested but that just seems stupid i don't belive you.if this was true why wouldn't it be in the ps2 mags.no consles could do that unless your talking about psp but a psp can't have internet.Anyway you can buy multimedia systems that are even portable why don't you just get one of those.
