Im tryin to install ntl on my new laptop and it comes up with this error
dhcp release/renew failed.

does anyone no what this means and what i have to do?

If you do Start -> right-click on My Network Places -> Properties -> right-click on your network connection (Intel Pro thingy) -> Properties -> Select TCP/IP -> Properties, is the ip address set to autodetect? If you do Start -> Run -> cmd, and then type ipconfig at the command prompt, what is the ip address given?
