Thanks again.
Cause so many people are put off by the price and the shortness I am trying to get them to realise that there is ont hell of a game in CBFD, everyone who has it will tell you how good it is, Quality, not Quantity...
I would rather have a Game like Conker which might take me 18 hours to complete rather than a game like Rayman 2 which might take longer.
It is a genre breaking game, no doubt about it, I just think that everyone should at least play it...
The game can give you about 20 hours of gameplay if you take it at a steady pace and the multiplayer is great for lad-gatherings. Of course you might have to take the game slowly to strech it to 20 hours which would be compared to my 17 and Grix's 8!
But whatever you do, don't let the length putyou off, the effort and work that has gone into this game makes it THE best platformer for the N64, the variety of levels ideas, humor and pace hit home for CBFD!
It isn't really a girly game, now don't take offence but it isn't, getting drunk, talk of balls and babes isn't really a female thing, but me and my brother love it...as I am sure you will.
As in all games there are bits you would change but there is only one in Conker and that, for me, would have to be the multiplayer...you can get Conker and Gregg the Grim Reaper but they should be automatically there or there should be a cheat to stick the lot of them in all at once.
The charachters and their accents are great too, I have heard Brummie, Scouser, Posh/Snobby, Old English, American, German (I love the professor) Black/Hip Hop (Cash) Nerdy...they are all there
The graphics are the best I have ever seen out of cut-scene, you can see the petal things come of the dandelions when you walk through them...conkers dances juggles with full facial amination....
The race mode is fantastic and the music in the game is brilliant. People say the N64 is dead but how can it be, there is more fun and life in this game than in any of the PS2 titles I have played...I am not degrading or mocking the PS2 but I think that with Rare, Nintendo and all the experience they have had, Conker was always bound to do better than a new PS2 game.
I would seriously reccommend this game to any lad over 15, you will understand the storyline language used and the role of the game. Great choice Jimmy.
