I am a new Socom II: US Navy Seals player who is playing with an older version of the game. I get through the "Seeding Chaos" and "Terminal Transaction" missions fine, and am even able to capture Foreman Besnik and General Rugova no problem.
My problem is the "Upland Assault" mission, where I am never able to capture Pius before he gets away! As you know, if he gets away, the mission is terminated as a failure and you have to start over again as a neophyte looser.
I've tried entering the Cesseri Castle from every door on my TacMap, but still no luck. I'm also have trouble following my radar, which is perhaps why he is getting away. Seems that when I move toward a solid gold star (i.e. - primary objective), the star moves also.
Any advice?? Thanks in advance for any help you can give this poor, novice Socom II: US Navy Seals soul.

okok, just get the game, put it in its box and blow it up.

I got passed that mission by just running in really quickly and shooting everything in sight. Ran straight up stairs and the target was on roof tryin to run.
