It could be one boss you can't do, a multiplayer where your mate allways killd you etc.
I'll start.
Way back when Tomb Raider 2 was new, I died, and i didn't have any ammo left, so I was really annoyed when I kept restarting a few steps away from the boss. I tried endless times to kill the boss but I just couldn't do it. On my 120th (about that) attemp to kill the boss, i failed, and this time i had it! I through my controller on the floor (cracking it) then punched the wall causing damage to my knuckles.
So come on, dont be shy, tell everyone the moment you lost your temper and what you did!
Thanks for reading.

Bwrahahaha, I hope you like HOT lava Mario...Bwrahahahaha
Trying to get the goldeneye cheats was really annoying on the N64.the guards always seem to get in the way.
Some of the Jest Set Radio levels were very annoying, getting to a point where that bloke kept following you until you just gave up.
Final Fantasy games were always tearing me to shreads because if you got to a point where you had a certain level up,and you cpuldnt turn back to increase it and then you had to fight a boss and it was impossible to beat without that level,i was in a pool in the floor.
We all love games here buit we all get to a point where they become our worst enemies.
Seven hours into it I was on level 147, I was the 'Red Wizard' I had all the extra powers and potions, and I knew that this time I was going to complete it, there I was at the end of 147 and the screen went black, I remember sitting there staring at the screen, the rage building up inside me is to be never repeated again, as for at that moment I threw the sharp cornered NES controller at the 28'' TV screen and it dented on the side plastic, I remember looking at the control and seeing that no damage had been caused to it, that was not my plan, I still had rage and anger so I picked it up and threw it in the opposite direction, it managed to carry the NES unit of the surface and onto the floor, the result of this was a broken NES.
I have never put that game in any of my other Nes machines and I never want to play it again, it goes on my very short list on uncompleted games.
I remember that all this was because of a power cut.
Also this story is annoying as it happened to my personal (not work) PS2.
Here is what I posted last November:
I had just collected my PS2 from Game in Wimbledon. Brilliant I had a PS2 and was addicted to playing SSX for 7 hours.
I let me little sister have a go as she also adours Gaming. I left the room (snack) and within the next few minutes there was no longer a sound coming from the lounge where she was playing it. I thought 'oh' she must have got bored, now I can play again.
How wrong was I! The horizontal stand had collapsed and the PS2 had fallen about 5 ft. There it was a 7 hour old machine which had received a jump which now has major problems on running anything.
The Reason: My little sister (the new devil) had gone to pick up the phone in the lounge (on the other side of the room) she carried the PS2 controller across with her forgetting that there was a PS2 attached to the end! It fell and was heavily dented, and she ran. I will never let her play my PS2 (when it works) again!
Don't you just love Gaming!
Thanks
er-no
P.S The ending of CBFD is the best of any game ever!
Games do annoy me qute a bit but because I get so worked up when I can't do something it is all the more rewarding when I do it. Most of the time I complete a section without caring, being more laid back and in the end after so much annoyance with not completing the section I just do a casual go and viola! MISSION COMPLETE.
One game I can't stand to lose at it er...Mario Tennis, I am good at mario games mind, Mario Tennis, Golf Party and the 64 Platformers, Its all good...
But anyhoo there you go, a busted controller and broken TV and a slightly offended little brother.
Did you get my e-mail?
