Tony, I won GAD 14 days ago and sent 2 emails with my prize claim ages ago. As you haven't updated it yet I was wondering if it's possible to change my claim?

M16 - You'll need to speak to Ali about this.
Just e-mail him at the same address as you did for claiming your prize. There must be some oversight if they have not updated it after 16 days, unless you asked for something which we don't have in our database yet.
