Will I Ever See Black And White On PlayStation 2?

I would get it on PC but as I havent got the right specs, I will have to give it a miss, so if there any chance that I will see BAW on any console?

I know i should get some more games but I havent got too much loot on me! I want to get Shenmue, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, PSO (if someone will tell me if the one player mode is good because I dont have the net on my DC), and there are loads more I want to get!

If you could tell me just ONE game that I could get that would make me love the Dreamcast again, what would it be?
