"Music 3000 software - what do you really, really think of it?"

Any of you got that PS2 software that Dizzie Rascal has used?? Can you get much out of it when you mouth your sounds - what do you get. Accurate note or beat patterns played back to you? Chance to make a REASONABLE tune on it without needing proper software i.e. Cubase, Reason etc.? How quickly did you get to learn how to use it?

Let us know your experiences - where I can hear tracks created by it (I don't mean Dizzie Rascal's but yours perhaps)

Music 2000?? Is that just as good then. All I want it for is if it can let you mouth or hum sounds and turn them into the basic note and beat paterns someone wants.

Even better is that my mate has packages you suggest like Logic Audio, Fruity Loops but said "man, if you can't get those sounds you want out of your head first, I can't do nothing for you". I wasn't sure if he was winding me up or being serious....then I realised he was being serious!?!

So Music 2000 or Music 3000?? Have you looked at both and know if 3000 is an improvement in some way or not.

Just get music 2000 on the PC, should set you back 5 quid.

Personally I'd get Fruity Loops, Making Waves, Acid or Reason instead.
