Alright guys i need a hand again. I was interested in setting up water cooling on my computer but i think i did it wrong. I bought one of thos mini hose pipes and set it to drip 5ml of water onto the processor a day, but no sooner had it done this it started smoking and now no longer works, have i configured this wrong? more to the point how do you guys drain the excess water from the bottom of the case as it is now starting to flood.

Thanks

Ashley

in hindsight it was a bit stupid dig, don't worry though i have disconnected the tubing and drained the case, i took the mobo out and left it on top of my boiler over night, ive just put it back in the case, and miraculously it actually boots. its making a strange rattling noise ans has a black scorch mark on it but it seems to be running ok, if not a little slower.

its not funny....its all soggy and might be permanently damaged........

i did what cookie did and didn't buy a perpacked kit. bought "sprinkle-matic" from my local garden centre then aimed one of the drips at the processor, hadto put some sellotape on the ram to stop it getting wet. Luckily my graphics card shields the other pci cards.
