AGP by a country mile. PCI should be avoided at all costs, unless you were stupid and bought a comp with no AGP slot, which is the ultimate schoolboy error.

PCI Express will be used on mobos soon, that'll be quicker than AGP. But yeah, at the mo, AGP beats PCI hands down.
Obviously AGP but you are fitting a new graphics card and not something else arent you?
Fitting a graphics card seems to be getting quite complicated nowadays.. because of power supply requirements other then that it's easy enough to slot it in etc.
What? Pulling out the HDD power supply and putting it into the splitter on the card?

Power supply requirements... i mean the wattage for some cards especially the radeons (as i've read anyway)

PCI Express 16x will, normal PCI Express will not.
But yes even the orignal AGP has more throughput than PCI Cards
