Being the newest, Voyager obviously has the best special effects, and they are very good. The detail on the ships is incredible.
They have a mixture of different races, all in charge of different parts of the ship. The ships doctor is a hologram, and has a very weird sense of humour. At the beginning, The Voyager was chasing a Marquee vessel, when they both got zapped away. The marquee ship was about to be destroyed, so Janeway had no choice but to rescue them. In the end they find posts on the ship, often higher than the starfleet officers, which a lot are unhappy about. There are on ship affairs, romances and of course falling-outs. But they all seem to get on pretty well together and the ship runs smoothly most of the time.
They have often had encounters with the Borg, and Janeway even 'adopted' a drone, and gave her back her individuality.
In all it is a very varied series, with unexpected turns al along the way.
If you like Star Trek, you'll probably like it, and if you want to see advanced science fiction technology, you'll love it.
Try it and see!
