They've messed it up again. Either make more tickets available and increase the size of the venue, or stagger the dates the tickets are available - three dates, a week apart for example. That way you won't get everyone in the UK all visiting the same website or phoning the same number at the same time.
I'd love to go this year (just to finally see Oasis, something of a childhood dream) but alas financial constraints put rest to that. Besides, I wouldn't really have fancied staying up for 12 hours clicking F5 over and over. If they wanted to do it at a time where everyone was available to order, why not do it on a Saturday rather than a Thursday evening?

The tickets are personalised anyway; they need your addy for confirmation, and if you're booking for others, their addys as well.

I've seen worse. I've seen people actually selling their ps3, they put pictures and everything, there was that imaginary picture with the silver ps3, and a controller with 4 analogue sticks and in addition to X tringle square circle, they also added Y and Z !! What's worse that there were people actually biding on it, and the prices went as high as 100 000$.
