From what I've played, multiplayer is dire, so Live I would imagine Live is similarly crap. Cube has the better controls, so go for that unless you want online.
If you want online then it's obvious.
Since it's an FPS the Xbox is far more suited to play it.
I recently bought Turok Evolution for the Xbox despite having it for the GC already, that's how much better the Xbox controller is for FPS games.

Yeah because it's so easy to play 8 player team games on a GC whilst having a full screen.
