On BBC radio in the morning, they do a feature called "Buzz off" where a song is played until a certain amount of votes cut it off (there a little more to it, but quite frankly, I can't be a'sed to explain)

This morning was "The battle of who could care less" by "Ben Folds Five"

Whcih contins the lines "I've go this great idea, Why don't we pitch it to the Franklin F***ing Mint"

Which was indeed played, before the votes cut it.

Bwhahahahahaha.

(and before you ask, I didn't have any cd's in the car as I cleaned it out last night :P)

I still remember seeing the Channel 5 lunch time news a few years ago. They were having their weekly cinema round-up and showed a clip from East is East, a clip which included the F-word!!11
After the clip the presenters looked a bit sheepish but didn't say anything. I bet the editor got a grilling though.

Awww, I was hoping for something *choice*

Did you hear about Trevor Mcdonald getting "Kent Countryside" mixed up? That was *magic*

Yep, wish I'd seen it:

Spotting Ozzy among the VIP crowd at the Canadian Grand Prix, ex-F1 ace Brundle told viewers: "A lot of interesting things are going on here as Ozzy Osbourne has turned up.

"It's the first time I have seen him at Formula One. I want to have a word with this guy as he's a complete and utter fruitcake and we love watching him on the TV."

Martin Brundle: "British TV here, Ozzy. Good to see you."

Ozzy Osbourne: "Good to see you here."

Martin Brundle: (referring to Ozzy's wife Sharon) "There's been some good news for Sharon this week, I hear."

Ozzy Osbourne: (stuttering for five or six seconds) "I'm currently writing a musical about the life and times of Rasputin, the mad monk, and they are allowing it to go on Broadway."

Martin Brundle: "I will try and think of a question for the answer. Have you brought the dogs here?" (Ozzy's dogs are often the subject of his rants in "The Osbournes")

Ozzy Osbourne: "No. They are all at home sh*tting."

(Cue a frantic message into Brundle's headphones from ITV's race director to terminate the interview - as fast as winner Michael Schumacher roaring towards the checkered flag.)

Martin Brundle: "Excellent. Thank you very much. I think we'll move on."

It was left to ice-cool studio presenter Jim Rosenthal to swiftly apologise to viewers.

He said: "That was probably Ozzy Osbourne's first and last appearance on the program.

"I hope it didn't spoil your enjoyment of the race."

No, didn't catch that, is there a transcript.

I realise worse has happened (i.e. Shaun Ryder on TFI Fridays), but they (Moyles etc) didn't even twig on that the swearing had occured as the song continued playing. :)
