Emile heskey is one of the best strikers in the world, think if he was at Man Utd he'd score loads, its just the liverpool team holding him back.

I agree with Ashley, in a way.

Yes, I, too, believe the way Liverpool play has always been holding him back since he left Leicester - where everything was just perfect for him. A move to a different club would certainly benefit him, I feel. It wouldn't have to be a club like Man United - I reckon he'd do well a Spurs (had they not already signed enough strikers) or even Leeds (given the right kind of money).

Liverpool seem foolishly content with keeping Gerard Houllier - and, all the troubles and problems he has bought along with him.


So, in short, Emile Heskey's immediate future is in ruin! :(

Such a shame for a player once on his way to so-much....

i mean he's no jonathon blondel or david marshall (who apparently is better than cudicini after 2 games)but you can't take it from Emile only Bunjevcevic can outskill him

If you widened the goals by about 5 feet each way then he might be a consistent goal scorer. Wouldn't bet on it though
