Meant to be released at end of the year. In 3D as well, screenshots look promising but slight worry of a Theme Park World.
Lost link but search anywhere and you can check review.

It has been, 3 times now. :)
Theres been Pizza Syndicate, Pizza Connection and Pizza Connection 2.
Never realised the market for pizza making games was so big.

More good news. After the recent spate of abysmal Tycoon clones that served only to milk off the success of Rollercoaster Tycoon, I was a bit worried that Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 would be produced by yet another developer who wishes nothing more than to make some money of a popular brand. This information has at least put most of my worries at rest.

Railroad Tycoon 3 is a top title... though as Sheepy has already said, nothing has ever really topped Transport Tycoon

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is being developed by Frontier Software (one of the guys behind Elite, Zarch, etc...)
I was reading a couple of days ago (or was it yesterday?) that Chris Sawyer worked with Frontier on the design and during the development of the Rollercoaster Tycoon 3...
Register here "http://rct2.thrillnetwork.net/" then go to the forums and there is a link to a short video for it. Looks superb. I am a big fan of the series. Apparently I have "wasted" alot of time on Rollercoaster Tycoon according to mother.

That's why I'm preparing for the worst, but if Chris Sawyer still has a say in the games development things might not be as bad as they first seem. Still, I won't be holding my breath just in case the game does end up crap, I hope it doesn't though; I could do with a really good management game.
